We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on many factors including creditor policies, your financial situation, and your commitment to the program. While we strive to achieve the best possible results for our clients, individual results may vary.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Client Responsibilities

As a client of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about yourself and your debt situation
• Cooperate with our representatives and respond promptly to requests for information
• Make all required program payments in a timely manner
• Inform us of any changes in your financial situation, contact information, or debt status
• Refrain from incurring new debt while enrolled in our program, unless specifically advised otherwise
• Forward any creditor communications you receive to us promptly
• Review and understand all agreements and disclosures before signing

Fees and Payments

Our fee structure varies based on the specific services provided. All fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you enroll in any program. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select according to the payment schedule established in your service agreement.

You understand that our fees are for our services and are separate from any payments made to your creditors. Depending on the program, fees may be collected:

• Only after we have successfully negotiated a settlement with a creditor (debt settlement)
• As a percentage of your monthly program payment (debt management)
• As a one-time fee (certain consulting services)

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your enrollment in our services at any time by providing written notice to us. Depending on the service, different cancellation policies may apply, which will be detailed in your service agreement.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Potential Impacts of Debt Resolution

You acknowledge that debt resolution strategies may have various consequences, which may include:

• Temporary negative impacts on your credit score
• Continued accrual of interest and fees on unpaid debts
• Potential tax consequences for forgiven debt amounts
• Potential for creditor legal action during the debt resolution process
• Continued collection calls until settlements are reached (though we work to minimize these)

We will explain these potential impacts in detail before you enroll in any program, and we encourage you to ask questions to ensure you fully understand these considerations.

Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including emails, text messages, and phone calls. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but you cannot opt out of service-related communications that are essential to providing our services to you.

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Conquer and its licensors. • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Your use of our services is at your sole risk. Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
